Good but not great

PR has the best tests on the market, but for someone that was self-studying for the exam the information was insufficient and not enough. By far, the best test prep for information is Barron's.

great supplement to AP Psychology exam

I studied this book in preparation for the May 2007 AP Psychology test, and was definitely glad I did. It covers many key terms that your standard textbook might not mention, and gives a fairly thorough review over all major ideas. The two practice tests are excellent and realistic (if not a bit harder than the actual thing). It's not completely snore-inducing either. Even so, I'd advise not to use this book by itself, but to also study your textbook comprehensively because it does skim through some more complex concepts. I got a 5 on the AP test, in part thanks to this book (and a great teacher).
